It’s been a while since I sampled this since the last time, so I figured it was a great time to give it another try. This is one of my absolutely favorite varieties around. Two different types of noodles and a very strong prawn broth. Oh yeah and crispy onions! Let’s delve!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains shrimp. To prepare, boil both noodle blocks in 400ml water for 2 minutes. Rinse and set aside. Boil 270ml water and add the noodles and all sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Wheat noodles.

Rice vermicelli.

A sachet of dry soup base.

A sachet of fried onion.

A sachet of paste.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added mung bean sprouts, fishball, egg, pork, sesame seed, spring onion, and crushed red pepper. The combo of wheat and rice noodle is just perfection. The broth has a very strong and luxuriant texture. This is truly wonderful stuff as I’ve said before and will again. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.  EAN bar code 9556145137015.
