Myojo Noodle & Soup Only Kohaku Shellfish Dashi Chuka Soba – Japan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains pork, chicken, and fish. To prepare, fill to line with boiling water with the teabag style pouch in there – don’t open it. Let steep 45 minutes. Push down the bag a few times then discard. Add in liquid base sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, narutomaki, mung bean sprouts, sesame seed, spring onion, and Lao Gan Ma spicy chili crisp. Noodle is sturdy and definitely premium – nice and firm. The broth is spectacular; I sampled it with only the tea bag style sachet being used and it was very tasty. The addition of the liquid base bumped it up again; almost likee a ‘bacon of the sea’ flavor – very rich with a perfect oiliness. Spectacular stuff. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902881453097.
