This one didn’t have a description yet at the time of this post. They shipped it and got it here ultra fast! What I can tell you about it is that it’s a tnooktsu, and so it contains pork and should be rich and flavorful. It includes ma-yu, which translates to burnt garlic oil. Let’s give it a try!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains pork. To prepare, Add boiling water and fill to line. Cover for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added homemade chashu, mung bean sprouts, spring onion, narutomaki, sesame seed, and shichimi. Noodle was alright – nothing to write home about. Broth was a nice tasty tonkotsu augmented by the burn garlic oil whose flavor carried very well. Included garnish was of good quantity and quality. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902881452762.
