Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, chashu, narutomaki, sesame seed, shichimi, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and spring onion. Noodles have an amazing chewiness and perfect gauge – very premium. Broth has a nice and tasty shoyu flavor and oiliness is definitely on point. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4904113136105.
