The last two characters in this wet sachet of base in the oval say miso.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added corn, butter, chashu, kamaboko, shichimi, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, and sesame seed. Noodles are just exquisite – perfect tooth.
