So far, I’ve been pretty happy about Mamee’s Ghost Pepper range. Well, This one happens to be spicy mushroom flavor. I’m not incredibly fond of mushrooms; I’m alright with the texture, but the flavor generally kind of puts me off. That being said, I have experienced mushroom varieties I’ve likes, so hoping this is one of those. Let’s give this one a try – there will be a mukbang video below as well…
Mamee Monster x Daebak Ghost Pepper Daging Cendawan Pedas – Malaysia
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, cook noodles in 400ml boiling water for 4~5 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
The noodle block.
A sachet of powder base.
Some non dairy creamer.
A sachet of super spiciness.
A garnish sachet – probably fried onion.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and sesame seed. Noodles in this pack range are great – nice and thick. The flavor was very strong spicy and strong mushroom. The amount of sauce was pretty decent, approaching brotiness. This stuff cleaned my click – I don’t know. I didn’t like it as I dislike mushroom, and it hurt. But I did it. 1.5 out of 5.0 stars.
