Shi Zu Ren Energy Vegetarian Beef Flavor Noodle – China

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Says it’s vegetarian – check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to the cup and fill with boiling water. Cover 4~5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

I’m guessing this is vegetarian beef – probably soy based.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added dumpling, Chinese sausage, sesame seed, spring onion, and crushed red pepper. Noodles are thin and round and hydrated very well. Flavor was a definitely Chinese style beef – notes of Sichuan peppercorn in there weren’t extremely strong. All around tasty stuff. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6971807590107.
