This one kind of makes me laugh. Early on in my instant noodle reviewing career, I remember seeing 4 packs of this ll over the place but never an individual package. It drove me nuts; I really was curious about it. Well, here’s an individual pack. I’m guessing that was about ten years ago when I tried it the first time. Let’s see how it is.
Myojo Okinawa Soba – Japan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil noodles in 500ml water for 3 minutes. Add in seasoning sachet. Finally, stir and top with chili powder and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seeds, spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and kamanoko. Noodles were very good – gauge and chew worthwhile. The broth was a bonito one, and it was better than most. However, still not my favorite. 2.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 011152485935.
