Here’s another one from HongKongFoodies.com! Go check ’em out as they’ve got a treasure trove of hard to find Demae Iccho variants! This isn’t ramen – it’s macaroni. It’s not macaroni and cheese but macaroni and broth – should be quite nice! Let’s cook it up!
Nissin Demae Iccho Instant Macaroni Sesame Oil Chicken Flavour – Hong Kong
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains chicken. To prepare, boil macaroni in 599ml water for 3~4 minutes. Add in dry base contents and stir. Add in oil. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken, sesame seed, pepper thread, and scallion. The macaroni was a nice thickness for the walls of the pasta and well hydrated in 3.5 minutes. The broth was good too – little bits of veg in there as werll as a neat chicken and sesame oil flavor as advertised. Very comfort food kind of thing here. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
