For a while now, one key piece of equipment I rely on has been going worse and worse — my desktop computer. I got it quite a while back. Lately, it’s been rebooting or just shutting off when it wants to. Some USB ports are failing as well, which is definitely an issue.
I really need a new computer and am asking for donations to that end. The last machine I got was an HP Omen — something usually considered a gaming PC; however, the video and RAM seem to fit the bill for video editing, which I spend a lot of time doing daily, as well as work in Photoshop. Someon Reddit figured I just want a new rig to play GTA. Unfortunately, I can’t play most games as they give me vertigo – so that’s not the case and I don’t hand time for that either.
