Hello — if you’re here, thank you. You probably know who I am, but if not, my name is Hans, and I’ve been blogging about instant ramen noodles for over 20 years. I’ve spanned over 5,000 reviews, creating images, write-ups, and videos all about the world of the humble instant noodle.
Summer has started and I’m experiencing a drought. I’m out of varieties to review. That coupled with financial difficulties is putting The Ramen Rater is a tough spot.
