Here’s the counterpart of the creamy Saucy Noods. I’ve only seen it once and that was at a liquidation style place so unsure if it still exists, but the creamy one was quite good so hopefully this is good and it is still around.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken, fried egg, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle is broader and thicker than their usual stuff – definitely a bonus. The sauce is a spicy, sweet , and savory affair. It’s not a lethality of heat mind you, but a nice balance. I prefer the creamy version of this, but this is no slouch. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars.
