Nissin Demae Iccho 100% Hokkaido Wheat Flour Tonkotsu Flavor Instant Ramen – Hong Kong

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 450ml waterr for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, pepper thread, la-yu chili oil, scallion, narutomaki, and sesame seed. Noodle has that little extra something that the Hokkaido flour brings. The broth is a nice milky tonkotsu augmented with sesame seed here and there. RReally quite wonderful. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4897878830053.
