Here’s one sent by the folks at Hong Kong Foodies – thanks again! This sounds interesting – a Shin spicy flavor from Hong Kong! Let’s get to it with this variety I’ve never seen before.
Nissin Demae Iccho Korean Shin Flavour – Hong Kong

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains chicken and squid. To prepare, add in everything to 500ml boiling water and cook 4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

An instant noodle block.

A sachet of soup base powder seasoning.

A sachet of vegetables.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, pepper thread, scallion, and Chinese sausage. Noodle came out nicely, soft and good. The broth was a Hong Kong approach to a Korean ramyun broth. Spicy but also very savory. Neat one! 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4897878830138.
