Here’s a variety that I found in one of MiauMall’s Nakama Noodles subscription boxes! These boxes are discontinued, however you can find their stuff at MiauMall – here is what they said about this one – “Let’s start our year off on the right foot with a bit of yakisoba and philanthropy! This tasty yakisoba has a deliciously gentle yet deep miso flavor that is absolutely addicting! Plus, for each yakisoba we got for you, a donation is made to help Ishikawa recover from the earthquake earlier this year!”

An instant noodle block.
A sachet of liquid soup base.
Loose bits and seasoning from the tray.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, scallion, narutomaki, and sesame seed. Noodle was thick and chewy which was great. The flavor however left much to be desired for this reviewer. Very bitter red miso along with an acrid bump to it. A decent amount of included garnish, but just wasn’t thrilled overall. 1.5 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902881457460.
Amazon – Sauce and Shio variants
