I saw an Instagram post by Myojo USA and noticed a new bowl version of their popular udon range. So, I decided to send an email – and got a respose in a big way. Big thanks! They sent a ton of new product! Here’s the first.
Myojo Authentic Japanese Udon Hot & Spicy Flavor – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything into the bowl and fill to line with room temperature water. Mocrowave for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added flower fu, narutomaki, mung bean sprout, spring onion, crushed red pepper, and Kari Kari chili crisp. Udon was a nice gauge and good chewiness. Broth was a nicely flavored spicy with notes of seaweed. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 850057841213.
