Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, narutomaki, sesame seed, nori, and spring onion. Noodle was well hydrated – not at all spongy. Broth was nice and strong with a great oiliness and tonkotsu flavor. A strong garlic element really made this even better. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901990374736.
