Oh yes – another one from S*Mart in Bellevue, Washington – shop smart shop S*Mart! They had a ton of these varieties but I thought I’d go with tomato to start with. Let’s begin.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Says it’s Vegan friendly – check for yourself. To prepare, add everything but dehydrated vegetables to a pot and simmer 3 minutes. Add in dehydrated vegetables. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, crushed red pepper, and scallion. Noodle has a pretty good chew and sucked up enough flavor to be likable. The broth has a rich tomato flavor with light notes of Sichuan peppercorn. Mushroom was actually good as well. Really impressed. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6974166949357.
