Another one found at HMart. – the last one I think I found towards Seattle at Asian Family Market on 130th and Aurora. The other one I’ve tried was a soy sauce flavor, but I’m guessing this one will be way better. Let’s find out!
Sichuan Yumei Night Market Chow Mein – Grilled Squid Flavor – China
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains squid. To prepare, boil noodle for 2~3 minutes. Drain. Add 2tbsp oil to pan. Add pickled vegetables and squid. Stir fry 30 seconds then add noodle and sauce. Finally, stir and enjoy!
