As it says, it’s for summer. As I write this, it’s just about the end of summer 2023 – late August. Yeah – right now I’m about 200 reviews ahead which is quite a bit. I’m planning of taking most of the fall off for other endeavors which will be nice – walking 15 miles a day requires a lot of time… Let’s begin!
Nissin U.F.O. Koikoi Seafood BBQ Fu Yakisoba – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains shrimp, pork, chicken, and squid. To prepare, remove sachets. Fill to line with boiling water and let sit for 3 minutes. Drain. Add in remaining sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fish ball, chashu, narutomaki, sesame seed, spring onion, and mayo. Noodles came out quite nicely – and the flavor was great! Furthermore, the pieces of included seafood are of good size and quality. Didn’t expect this to be one I’d enjoy. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902105281482.
