Here’s one that came by way of The Fat Hipster – check him out on YouTube! Thanks, man! This looks to be quite a departure from the normal Buldak fare – basil and cream seems pretty usual, but udon – hmm. It sounds pretty decent – let’s give it a try! Oh, and yes – there will be a mukbang at the bottom.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, add noodles and liquid sachet contents as well as 90ml water to the bowl. cover loosely with lid, and microwave at 1000W for 2 1/2 minutes. Add in dry sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added green onion. Udon is your standard pouch udon. After pulling from the microwave, it seems rather soupy, but adding the dry sachet of cream and basil bowder thickened it up quite a bit, and because saucy. The heat was hot for many, tolerable to most, and the flavor was really nice. Was neat to see another type of noodle used, and it was one I’d have again. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.  EAN bar code 8801073312845.
