This time, we have the third of this series – a hot and sour plain konjac noodle. The other two were really quite good – very curious about this one. Let’s find out!
NoodleMix Hot & Sour Flavor Konjac Noodle – Taiwan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains chicken. To prepare, add everything to 400~450ml boiling water and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy! Note – I got this wrong with the other two – so the instructions are to cover for 1 minute, or cook on the stove for 30 seconds.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle is great as per usual. The broth wasn’t just hot and sour but sweet with a nice tanginess. A nice departure from the norm. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4711216201537.
