Igarashi Seimen Kitakata Light Soy Sauce Flavor – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Says it’s Vegan but check for yourself. To prepare,, boil noodle for 5 minutes in 550ml water. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, mung bean sprout, chashu, shichimi, seaweed, and spring onion. Noodle is truly quite nice – good chew and gauge. Broth has a nice depth – surprising with the amount of water (550ml) and it being light soy sauce. All in all, a nice shoyu ramen. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4967448173719.
