Here’s one we found at the Fred Meyer store in Lake City. These are made in the UK – unsure if they’re related to the Naked Noodles line of someone else’s. Either way, it’s something I’ve not seen before, so I’m reviewing it.
Wicked Foods Spicy Coconut & Rice Noodles – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Says it’s Vegan friendly but check for yourself. To prepare, fill to line with boiling water and stir. Cover for 4 minutes. Finally, stir again and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, coriander, and crushed red pepper. Noodle came out better than expected. The broth was extremely thick; more of a sauce. I didn’t really detect a coconut flavor as I’d expect, more of a tangy and lightly spicy, but the flavor didn’t come across exactly right. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 850023690012.
