One of maybe two or 3 varieties of buldak I haven’t tried, this is one I’ve been looking forward to. The tomato paste and spaghetti varieties were a couple favorites and I think this one might be something like that but much tangier. Let’s find out! Mukbang below!
Samyang Foods Buldak Kimchi HOT Chicken Flavored Ramen – South Korea
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles and flake sachet contents for 5 minutes. Drain, saving 5 spoons of water (5 * 15ml = 75ml). stir fry along with wet sachet contents for 30 second. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed and spring onion. Noodle is thick and chewy – works well. Sauce this very good – tangy kimchi strength and bits of kimchi throughout. Heat compared to other Buldak varieties seems much lower. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801073114531.
