Hey look – something totally new and different from MyKuali! They told me that fish noodle is a hawker stall staple over in Penang. Very curious about this one, as this isn’t supposed to be spicy which is a departure from all their other varieties which do have a strong spiciness. Let’s give it a go!
MyKuali White Fish Broth Rice Vermicelli – Malaysia
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, add in sachets and fill to line with boiling water (400ml). Steep covered for 4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, Dodo Shrimp & Fish balls, pepper flake, and spring onion. Vermicelli is thin and wispy – lots of it. The broth has a strong fish taste. It’s nice and milky and just sings to the taste buds as it imparts a rich and strong flavor. Very impressed. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 9555655006101.
