#1192: Wu-Mu Ramen With Simmered Pork Flavor

Here’s another one I got at T&T Supermarket up in Canada. I find it interesting; I got three pork varieties there – stewed pork, steamed pork and simmered pork! I asked my wife which one I should have as I couldn’t decide. She told me to simmer down and so here we are. Let’s check it out!

Here’s the distributor’s sticker (click image to enlarge). Looks to be meat-free but check for yourself.

Here’s the back of the package (click image to enlarge).

The noodle block. You get four of everything in the package. These are non-fried noodles.

Dry seasonings sachet.

Powder and vegetables.

Seasoned oil.

Has a nice pork-like scent.

Finished (click image to enlarge). Added pork, broccoli, sweet onions and green onions. The noodles are broad and flat. They have an excellent consistency and chew – premium. The broth is light and rich at the same time. It’s not overly oily and the pork flavors isn’t too strong, but just right and a little hearty. The veg was alright. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 4710175570265.
