My son Miles is in full swing obsession with trying everything Buldak. This is an enormous switch for him. Miles is on the spectrum and doesn’t generally venture out of his comfort zone at all when it comes to foods. I’m impressed that he’s making such an effort here – there’s a mukbang below! Let’s give it a go.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, fill to line with boiling water and cover 4 minutes. Drain. Add in sauce sachet contents and combine. Finally, add garnish on top and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Nothing added. This one’s a bit of a puzzler, but my puzzing has led me to a conclusion. Noodle is good, and that’s no problem. The sauce is rather strange; tangy and violently spicy. It’s very hot, like mouth burning a good twenty minutes after eating. Is the flavor good? Not really. Why are people so drawn to it? It'[s something to be conquered. That aspect makes it a lot of fun. One thing to note, if you consume this today, doing so tomorrow will make it seem much less spicy as tolerance is extremely fast to accumulate. 2.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801073211216.
