Found these at Saar’s Super Saver on Aurora in Seattle. I really like these; it’s neat to get stuff from that part of the world. Granted, it’s still Indomie, but definitelyt more geared for a local market. Let’s give it a try.
Indomie Sebzeli Hazir Noodle – Turkey

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 300ml water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

An instant noodle block.

A dual sachet – chili powder on the left, soup base on the right.

A sachet of seasoned oil.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, crushed red pepper, sesame seed, and basil. Noodle is quite good – thick and lightly chewy. The broth is very strong on saltiness with a nice buttery vegetable kind of flavor. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8680908020328.
