This and the next Kenchan Ramen varieties I’m trying will be gluten free, which I think will appeal to many. I’m very curious about these – let’s give ’em a go!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Gluten free and Vegan – but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle 5~6 minutes. Drain. Add sachet contents to 300ml boiling water. Add noodle. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, narutomaki, scallion, LKK Chiu Chow Chili Crisp In Oil, mung bean sprout, and sesame seed. Noodle is really good – very comfort food feel to them; they have a soft nature and thicker gauge. The broth is wonderfully oily and has a nice rich shio flavor with hints of ginger and garlic.
