Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken, egg, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, and scallion. Noodle is thin and soft with a tinge of crumble which was great. The broth has a savory chicken and onion flavor I very much enjoyed. There also is a nice note of spiciness which wraps it all together. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8901741000019.
