Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, chashu, sesame seed, narutomaki and egg. Noodle was great to be honest, just everything else was a trainwreck. The liquid yakisoba sauce was cheese with smoky flavor. The topping was a smoky cheese. The mayo? Cheese and smoky. It was way too much smoky flavor and funky cheese.
