Ahh curry. I will admit I’ve loved curries of all types since I was a kid. I still do – just last week I made green curry with chicken, onion, and bell pepper. Well, this one has graced the Global Top Ten many times – it’s strong noodle and rich broth always please. This new version is different – instead of a soup paste and premix (coconut powder) sachet, there’s two soup base which are infused with coconut milk. Very curious about this change. Let’s give it a look!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, mint leaf, mung bean sprout, tofu puff, Dodo Fish & Shrimp ball, and crushed red pepper. Noodle is truly wonderful; chewy and thick. It does take longer to cook, but certainly worth the wait. Broth is thick with a rich coconut and savory curry flavor. If you like curry, this is a really amazing variety – really comes out like something authentic and been a favorite for over ten years. Sumptuous to the end. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
