Pocas Bowl Noodle Soup Vegetable Flavor – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything but chili sachet and boiling water to fill line. Cover 3 minutes. Add in spicy sachet content to taste. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added tomato, scallion, lime, and sesame seed. Noodle is pretty good – better than expected in gauge and chew and quite possibly even better microwaved vs steeped. The broth was really not what I expected. It’s kind of like a fusion of a spicy and bright tom yum and kimchi – really savory and tasty. Bits of vegetable were great.
