This style of rice noodle has always seemed a little more compelling to me.

A sachet of soup base.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added crushed red pepper, sesame seed, spring onion, chashu, and chili pepper. Noodle comes out very well with a nice tooth. The broth is a spicy and sallty one, and it’s tasty. Helped out with a little veg. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.  EAN bar code 8801052036762.
