Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).

The noodle block.

A liquid base sachet.

A dry seasoning base sachet.

The garnish sachet.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, narutomaki, spring onion, mung bean sprouts, and shichimi. Noodle was alright – could’ve used a minute more I wager… The broth is impressively beefy. Like if you took a 50/50 fat to meat ground beef and coated it in seasoning and then fried it and then made it into soup. Very beefy and greasy. But good. 4.0 oiut of 5.0 stars.  JAN bar code 4901677190314.
