This is another that came by way or James from Lakeside, California – thanks again! Haven’t seen/heard of this one before… Looks interesting – a dry variant from Vietnam! Time to cook!
Miliket-Colusa Mi Trung Khong Chien – Vietnam
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 2 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
It says these are non-dried on the front of the package, however my guess is they mean non-fried.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, scallion, chicken, and crushed red pepper. Noodles are fantastic – gauge and tooth are great. The flavor is tangy and a little sweet. This is probably my favorite Vietnamese variety. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8934579110766.
