Here’s another one from Vite Ramen – another cup! So last time, I didn’t use the cup and this time I’m going to. Should be interesting. Let’s find out!
Vite Ramen Vegan White Miso v3.0 – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Says it’s Vegan but check for yourself. To prepare, add 2 cups room temp water to cup and dampen underside of the cup. Microwave at 900W for 3~4 minutes. add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, egg, narutomaki, mung bean sprout, sesame seed, shichimi, and spring onion. Noodle is thick and chewy out of the microwave and about identiucal to what you get when you cook it on the stove in a pot. The broth has a nice flavor, but a good amount of stirring is recommended or it may initially have a powdery grittiness. The flavor is good – not too strong but not too weak. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. No bar code.
