7-Eleven Gold / Maruchan Iida Shoten Ramen – Japan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains pork and chicken – possibly other things, so check for yourself. To prepare, add in dry ingredientsboiling water to line, and cover for 5 minutes. Add in liquid ingredients and stir. Finally, garnish with seaweed and enjoy!

A smaller liquid sachet.
A slice of chashu and vegetables.
A slice of nori (seaweed).
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, narutomaki, spring onion,. Noodle in this are just perfect – gauge and chewiness on point. The broth is very full – chicken and soy sauce notes and the oiliness for days – rich and serious. The chashu that was included was absolytely the best that’s come with an instant I’ve had – chewy and kind of sweet. All in all, I agree – the best ‘chicken forward’ shoyu I’ve had. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901990371650.
