A nice grip of noodles.
A large sachet of dry base.
A slightly smaller liquid base sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added narutomaki, soft egg, spring onion, chashu, sesame seed, mung bean sprout, and shichimi. Noodles are impeccable; thin, straight, good chew and that telltale flouriness of Hakata. The broth is rich and savory, despite the absence of pork ingredients. Excellent. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
