Big thanks toa reader named Cian for shooting these over from his trip to Brazil! I dunno, but South American instant noodles make me exceedingly happy. These are sabor frango – chicken flavor. I’m guessing that’s about all they will be, but they’re from Brazil! I don’t get Brazilian varieties incredibly often and when I do they’re really fascinating to me. Instant noodles are quite popular down that way. Well, let’s give them a try!
Nissin Talharim Sabor Frango – Brazil
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Can’t tell if these contains chicken – check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle to 300ml boiling water and cook 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Looks like a pretty thick noodle.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sauteed chicken with cumin, paprika, Maggi seasoning and Peruvian spices, cilantro. The noodle is broad with a nice little extra chew to it. The broth is more of a sauce and rich and creamy – chicken flavor. Excellent stuff! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 7891079000434.
