While at a Korean grocery in Seattle looking for things to make ice cream with, I noticedthis Vegan edition of the Shin cup. So, since I’ve not reviewed it, I got one. Let’s give it a go.
Nongshim Vegan Shin Noodle Soup – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be Vegan. To prepare, add in sachet contents, remove lid, and fill to line with room temperature water. Microwave for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, sesame seed, mung bean sprout, and crushed red pepper. Noodle comes out of the microwave nicely. Broth is spicy with a little bitter hit but pretty good. Lots of vegetables, kind of heavy on the mushroom aspect. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 031146058679.
