Here’s the second of these varieties I found recently. I reviewed the beef a couple days ago. Anyways, beef is the more predominate way to enjoy pho. Let’s give this one a try.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in everything and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sauteed beef, mung bean sprout, coriander, and sriracha. The noodles are broad and flat. They’re very soft. The broth centers on a sweetness along side a nice beef taste. Oiliness is pretty good in this one, and included vegetable flake fits. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8934563289140.
