This one came by way of James of Lakeside, California – thanks again! So these Snapdragon varieties haven’t fared well in my reviews in the past. Hopefully, this one will be a little different. We shall see – let’s give it a go.
Snapdragon Garlic Pho – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything into a bowl and add 1 1/4 cups boiling water and cover 3~5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

An oil sachet.
A sachet of vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, mung bean sprouts, sesame seed and sriracha. The noodles are broad and flat and very soft and floppy. The broth was more sweet than anything. Utter disappointment. 1.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 815055011105.
