Finished (click to enlarge). Added narutomaki, soft egg, sesame seed, mung bean sprout, and spring onion. This was very standard tonkotsu cup, save the little Hello Kitty fish cakes. Noodle was alright. Broth was a milky tonkotsu, and gad a nice bit of flavor. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901071268367.
