Pumpkin seed noodles – it just fascinated me, especially since I’ve been doing weird things with bread. Now I want a noodle machine to load with all sorts of interesting things… Very curious how this oe will turn out. Last time, they were on the extremely chewy side and so we will see. Let’s give these low carb noodles a try!
immi Spicy “Beef” Flavor Ramen Soup – United States
Detail of he packaging (click to enlarge). Says it’s plant based but check for yourself. To prepare, boil 2 cups of water and add noodles. Cook for 7 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the water. Add in sachet and combine with noodles. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, mung bean sprouts, sesame seed, and crushed red pepper. Noodle was very hearty, but way better in the chewy department this time around. Broth has a nice braised beef flavor with a little spicy bump. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 850016318046.
