Well, today it’s the second of the two Little Q varieties they sent. The non-spicy was absolutely wonderful stuff – curious how this one will be. The sheer amount of beef in the first one was really amazing – and it was really succulent. How spicy will it be? Let’s find out!
Little Q True Love Spicy Beef Noodles – Hong Kong
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains beef. To prepare, boil noodles for 4~6 minutes. Drain. While you were boiling the noodles, boil the big pouch for 3 minutes. Finally, combine the two and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Fresno pepper, spring onion, marinated egg, and sesame seed. Noodles are perfection – wavy with a great chew. The broth has a nice Sichuan pepper hit to it – not too much that it overwhelms a rich beef flavor. Then there’s the beef – it’s succulent and plentiful – as it should be. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
