Sau Tao Taiwanese Style Sliced Noodle Pepper & Sesame Flavour – Hong Kong
Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles 4 minutes. Drain. add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, spring onion, Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp, sesame seed, and chashu. The noodle has a nice chew to it with a slightly softer tooth than what I’ve normally found from Taiwan. Flavor it on point – very savory with a nice character. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code
