#3499: KOKA Baked Multi Grain Noodles Five Spiced Duck Flavour - Singapore

KOKA released 3 varieties in this range and this is the second of the three I’m reviewing today. Duck is a bit of a mystery to me. I love duck and I feel that it is the most neglected meat in Western cuisine. In Asia I’ve had duck on every visit – it’s everywhere and it’s such wonderful, tasty meat.

I think we need more duck. Let’s give this duck cup a try!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added coriander, egg, chili flake, and black sesame seed. The noodles came out well this time and were pretty good. They played well with the broth which was very good. A nice duck flavor – rich and savory. Lots of spices and a good oiliness make this one of the better duck varieties I’ve tried. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. 8888056577712.
