What a weekend. Beat. Getting this post ready for tomorrow on Sunday night. It’s been a real rough couple of days. Looking forward to cooking this tomorrow! But, you don’t have to wait as it’ll be done when you see it, so here we go.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 3 minutes. Drain, leaving slightly wet. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, ground beef, sesame seed, and mint. The noodle came out nicely – light chew and good quantity/gauge. The flavor is am almost creamy saucy beef with a bit of sweetness, very savory, and a bit of heat. The amount of heat was rather surprising as Indonesian made things tend to be hotter, but it was quite tasty and I’m enthused. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN 8992388134540.
